Serving with international teams to evaluate male circumcision services Douglas Huber has played a leading role in the joint effort of CDC, WHO and Westat to develop and implement external quality assurance (EQA) evaluations of male circumcision (MC) services in Kenya, Tanzania, and Swaziland.  Their work provides guidance and feedback to CDC and ministries of health to improve the quality and efficiency of MC programs.
